Sheet Street Surgery
Sheet Street Surgery has been serving the Windsor community since 1932. Situated in a purpose built building in the town centre; it was refurbished and extended in 2016. It is a short walk to shops, restaurants and Windsor Castle.
The M4 is located minutes away with the M25 about 20 minutes away; excellent local transport links make Windsor and our surgery easily accessible.
Sheet Street Surgery comprises of five GP partners, supported by four well experienced and long standing nurses, an HCA complete with other healthcare professionals such as midwifery, district nurses and smoking cessation; our GPs specialise in Dermatology, Minor Surgery, Palliative Care, Diabetes and medical Acupuncture. Our qualified GP trainer at the practice is Dr Carolyn Robertshaw. We are lucky to be assisted by a friendly and efficient administration team.
We have a total practice population of 9750 with a diverse mix of demographics. We are open from Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 6.00pm with additional extended hours. The practice is actively involved with the Windsor, Ascot and Maidenhead CCG (WAM CCG), the Federation (FWAM) and have an active PPG.
We pride ourselves with having long serving GPs who know the community well and can provide the continuity of care that patients request. In addition we have excellent chronic disease management sitting alongside other health services such as family planning, childhood immunisations and travel services. The GPs liaise daily with a more detailed meeting once a week.
We operate using EMIS Web clinical system with Docman.
